Pluto follows identical twins Ai-oon and Ob-oom (Namtan Tipnaree Weerawatnodom), whose lives have taken very different turns. When Ob-oom asks Ai-oon to end her affair with a secret lover, May (Film Rachanun Mahawan), Ai-oon refuses—only for a tragic car accident to leave Ob-oom in a coma and her husband dead.

Consumed by guilt, Ai-oon steps into her sister’s life and meets May—only to discover she’s blind. As unexpected feelings grow, hidden truths about the crash begin to surface, forcing Ai-oon to question whether love can survive a web of lies and suspicion.
